Humana AB has again resolved to repurchase own shares
In accordance with the previously communicated resolution, Humana AB ("Humana") has completed the repurchase of 1,000,000 own shares. Under the authorisation from the annual general meeting 2024, the board of Humana has again resolved to repurchase no more than 1,000,000 own shares for the purpose of enabling the improvement of the company’s capital structure and to increase the flexibility for the board in connection with potential future corporate acquisitions.
