Financial targets
Revenue growth
- A medium-term annual organic growth of 5%.
- Beyond that, add-on acquisitions can provide annual growth of 2-3%.
Capital structure
- Interest-bearing net debt excluding IFRS 16 of 3.0 times EBITDA, i.e. operating profit before depreciation and amortization.
- Debt may temporarily exceed the target, for example in connection with acquisitions.
Profitability
- A medium-term operating margin of 7%.
