Change in number of shares and votes in Humana

As a result of the new share issue carried out by Humana AB in connection with the recent initial public offering, the number of shares and votes in the company has increased by 7,258,064 since the first day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm.

As at March 31, 2016, there are in total 53,140,064 shares and votes in Humana AB.
