Humana grows in Finland
Humana AB, a leading Nordic care company, acquires Ryhmäkoti Raide Oy (Raide Oy) with residential care home operations for children and youth in Tampere area, Finland. The acquisition entails a geographic expansion and strengthens our service offering.
Humana AB has entered an agreement to acquire all shares in Ryhmäkoti Raide Oy (Raide). The transfer will take place immediately and the operations of Raide Oy will be included in Arjessa, Humana’s Finnish subsidiary.
Ryhmäkoti Raide Oy is currently operating a specialised treatment unit for children and youth in Tampere area. Revenues in Raide Oy amounted to approximately SEK 7 million in 2016. The acquisition strengthens Humana’s position as the leading Nordic provider in individual and family care in Finland.
