Humana expands in Finland

Humana AB acquires Luotsimaja Oy with operations within psychosocial treatment for children and youth in Pori, Western Finland. The acquisition entails a geographic expansion and strengthens our service offering.

Humana AB has entered an agreement to acquire all shares in Luotsimaja Oy. The transfer will take place immediately and the operations of Luotsimaja Oy will be included in Arjessa, Humana’s Finnish subsidiary.

Luotsimaja Oy is currently operating a specialised treatment operation for children and youth in Pori in western part of Finland. Revenues in Luotsimaja Oy amounted to approximately SEK 10 million in 2017. The acquisition strengthens Humana’s position as the leading Nordic provider in individual and family care in Finland.
