Humana's acquisition of the operations of Assistans för dig approved by the Competition Authority

As previously announced, see press release (https://www.humanagroup.com/media/press-releases/2022/humana-acquires-the-operations-of-assistans-for-dig/) as of May 11, 2022, Humana has entered into an agreement to acquire the operations of Assistans för dig, an assistance provider with approximately 2000 employees and 8 offices all across Sweden. The acquisition has now been approved by the Swedish Competition Authority.

The approval does not require any special conditions or concessions from Humana's side.

Assistans för dig is expected to be included in Humana's accounts from June 1, 2022.
