Humana acquires Assistans på Gotland

Humana acquires assistance company Assistans på Gotland AB. The acquisition strengthens Humana’s position within personal assistance in Gotland.

Assistans på Gotland is based in Visby and is a merger of former Wisby Assistans and Assistans på Gotland. The company's full-year revenue amounts to approximately SEK 56 million and the company has approximately 115 employees.

The company shares our core values and will complement our existing operations in Gotland in a very good way, Andreas Westlund, Business Area Manager Personal Assistance at Humana said.

Humana has entered an agreement to acquire all the shares in Assistans på Gotland AB. The transfer will take place on June 1 with the business being included in Humana's Personal Assistance business area.
