Notification regarding Humana AB:s holding of its own shares
Humana AB has, during the period of 15 february 2022 to 22 february 2022, aquired a total of 1,066,147 own shares. As of the 22nd of February 2022 Humana AB:s holding of its own shares, amount to 5,314,006 shares, which corresponds to 10 per cent of the total number of registered shares and votes.
The acquisition of own shares has been done in accordance with an authorisation from the Annual General Meeting on 11 May 2021 and in accordance with the pressrelease on 15 February 2022.
The total number of shares in Humana AB amounts to 53,140,064 as per this day.
