Information regarding the public takeover offer by Ambea

On 29 June 2026, Ambea AB (publ) (the “Offeror”) announced a public takeover offer to the shareholders of Humana AB (”Humana”) to sell all shares in Humana to the Offeror with the purpose of combining the two companies (the “Offer”).

The Board of Directors has unanimously decided to recommend the Offer.
